If you entered the USER and PASSWORD and ended up here:
Make the correction needed from the list below:
  1. The USER is NOT your name - but the word that was emailed to you
  2. The Password contains Three Sevens - not Two
  3. The user and password need to be all lower case - no capitals
  4. Be sure there are no spaces before or after

If you are doing everything right above, but still end up here:

  1. Be sure you have not lost your connection to the internet
  2. Update your anti-virus program and run a scan on the hard drive - AVG and AVAST Anti-Virus are Free
  3. Update your anti-spyware program and run a scan - Superantispyware is free
  4. Clear the browser cache - removes temp internet files
  5. Try using a different brower - Try Firefox, Chrome, or other browser
